SAP Basis Consultant responsible for End to End implementation for SAP S/4 HANA, system monitoring and troubleshooting, knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Database, cloud portals, integration scenarios, upgrade tasks, and system maintenance. Coordinate with business for downtime activities and system validation post activity.

Responsible for designing and implementing HRIS applications and databases, configuring compensation changes in Workday, and providing leadership in addressing special project needs in HR operations. Coordinates with vendors to resolve systems issues and ensures data integrity of HR systems. Evaluates software and hardware needs, develops standards and controls, and generates reports on a wide range of HRIS applications.

Assist in preparing, analyzing, and reconciling financial records and reports. Perform financial analyses to summarize company's financial position. Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and develop spreadsheets for analysis. Participate in special projects and provide accounting expertise.

Distributes invoices, posts payments, processes accounts payable, calculates commissions, maintains customer program info, performs data entry, verifies accounting records, and resolves issues with other departments. Requires 2+ years of finance administration experience, knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping, and communication skills.

The Senior Analyst in Payroll Operations will be responsible for managing payroll activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing insightful analysis of payroll data. They will also handle customer queries related to payroll and contribute to the smooth functioning of the payroll operations.

End to end managing of statutory reporting process for complex entities across regions. Preparation of financial statements under different GAAPs. Coordinating audit processes remotely with auditors. Requirements include CA qualification, 3-5 years of relevant experience, SAP knowledge, and good communication skills.
