Job Description:
Should be Science/ Commerce Graduate, preferably Graduate in Engineering / MCA/ BCA/ BSC in Computer Science & Engineering equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year of in-scope solutions experience in the field of Banking IT domain / support of related solutions.
Minimum One year experience of working in Similar Projects as Application L1 at Scheduled Commercial Banks in India.
- Knowledge of Finacle CBS Version 10.x Menu/ Options, Business Logic of banks, handling calls, managing EOD/ BOD operations of bank
Mandatory Certifications- (minimum one)
• Finacle Advanced Functional certification or
• SDLC Certification if any
• Supporting for Finacle 10.x Application environment in following modules
o Frontend service monitoring
o Alternate Delivery Channels
§ NEFT/RTGS Process
§ SWIFT
§ Clearing
§ Utility Payments
§ Financial Inclusion Related
§ Mobile Banking
§ UPI Payments.
o Product Fatal error analysis.
o Review the Application logs
o Finacle CIF related issue analysis.
• Logging call with Service Providers internal or external and follow-up to closure
• Track and escalate the call to DL / Service Providers, if the problem requires their assistance to resolve the call.
• Primary Testing for the fixes received from vendor in T&D.
• Help bank in UAT for the fixes received from OEM support
• Experience in handling of additional requirements in CRM module.
• Experience in FI and Connect 24.
• Knowledge in JBOSS support
