Job Summary:
As an Anti-Fraud Analyst at PalmPay Limited, you will play a crucial role in identifying, investigating, and mitigating fraud risks. You will be responsible for visiting markets, assessing potential risks, and providing market intelligence to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:     
  • Conduct on-site investigations by visiting stores and customers to directly interact with merchants, verify customer information, and identify potential fraud risks.
  • Combine mobile fraud user profiling and personnel segmentation, such as financial data and transaction behavior, to develop targeted, differentiated anti-fraud strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with the sales and collection teams to promote the deployment and implementation of anti-fraud strategies throughout the entire business process.
  • Research market development trends and control fraud losses within the target range.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to fraud prevention.

Education Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's/Honors from a renowned university. 

Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year of anti-fraud-related work experience, with experience in document verification and security investigations. 
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:

  • Should have strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently inside Dhaka. 
  • Must have Logical thinking, strong stress tolerance,
  • Ability to independently resolve issues and risk sensitivity.
