What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with global Treasury team to understand business needs and turn them into practical technology solutions.
- Take part in sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries in time.
- Estimate development effort, contribute to solution design, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and applications.
What We're Looking For
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, including troubleshooting production issues and working with business users.
- Ability to analyze data and present meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in G-Treasury /Finance is desired
