Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for deployed applications, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents or service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, application logs, and integrations to proactively identify potential issues.
- Assist in configuration updates, patch deployments, and application releases.
- Maintain documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment verification.
- Communicate effectively with end users, providing guidance and updates on issue resolutions.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in application or production support.
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of application architecture, APIs, and integration points.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
