As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system behavior and provide effective troubleshooting.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to contract management systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise applications.
- Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
