Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain service reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
