We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Enthusiast to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in real estate and property management services. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our property management solutions to property owners and investors.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs and present tailored property management solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local property market dynamics.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager
