The Assistant Manager - External Communications manages communication strategies, coordinates publications, implements content strategies, and ensures brand guideline adherence.
Main Job Purpose:
Assistant Manager - External Communications will be responsible for managing and executing our external communication strategies across various channels, including the company website, social media and publications. This role will play a critical part in the production of key publications, notably the Annual Report and Sustainability Report, and other print materials, ensuring their timely delivery and alignment with the company's global narrative. The role is also the custodian of the Corporate Brand and ensures full brand deployment as per the yearly plan and target.
Key Accountabilities:
• Manage the production and timely delivery of key publications such as the Annual Report and Sustainability Report, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting guidelines.
• Coordinate with agency for producing pre aligned and strategic content for various platforms including website, social media, press ads, and other external communication channels.
• Implement a comprehensive content strategy for external communications aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events, including but not limited to stakeholder and community engagement activities.
• Generate resources such as features, articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and linkedin contents etc., to support communication objectives.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication platforms and materials
Professional Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within creative agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
