About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing renewable energy organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple functions — from onboarding and employee engagement to compliance and performance management — while contributing to a mission-driven company focused on clean energy and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Onboarding process.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting and appraisal coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all statutory and labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in renewable energy, engineering, or IT firm.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
