About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing renewable energy organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple functions — from onboarding and employee engagement to compliance and performance management — while contributing to a mission-driven company focused on clean energy and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Onboarding process.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting and appraisal coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all statutory and labor laws.
- Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in renewable energy, engineering, or IT firm.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
