Job Summary:
Regional IMM will manage relationships with regional creators, influencers, and artists, ensuring effective coordination between talent and the organization. The role involves overseeing artist onboarding, contracting, negotiations, and adherence to compliance and brand guidelines. The incumbent will ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns by maintaining content quality, alignment with brand objectives, and timely deliverables. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and strengthening the organization’s creator network within assigned regions.
About the team:
Team is responsible for driving revenue through strategic commercialization of the company’s owned fictional and non-fictional IP assets. The team partners with national and regional brands leverage these IPs into influencer marketing campaigns, delivering impactful brand narratives and measurable business outcomes. Working cross-functionally with content, marketing, and sales units, the team develops innovative partnership models that enhance brand engagement and IP value playing a critical role in maximizing the commercial potential and visibility of the company’s creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with regional artists, influencers, and creators across digital, entertainment, and marketing platforms. Serve as the primary liaison between artists and the organization, effectively resolving queries, issues, and logistical requirements to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Oversee artist onboarding, agreements, and documentation processes, ensuring completeness and adherence to company policies. Work closely with Legal and Finance teams to manage contract clauses related to deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, and indemnification
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, and deliverables with artists, managers, and agencies while maintaining alignment with organizational budgets and margin goals.
- Review and evaluate artist-generated content to ensure consistency with campaign objectives, brand tone, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with content and strategy teams to align creative output with the intended narrative and campaign goals.
- Partner with internal teams including Campaign Operations, Sales, and Creative to facilitate seamless campaign execution and timely content delivery.
Skills & Attributes for success:
- Strong local artist & talent management expertise—experience in managing artists, influencers, creators, or talents across entertainment, digital media, or marketing domains.
- Skilled in resolving queries, and serving as the primary liaison/SPOC between the artist and the organization.
- Contracting, Agreements & Compliance—Strong understanding of artist agreements, onboarding documentation, contract clauses, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and indemnification terms. Ensuring artists comply with brands guidelines, platforms regulations, & legal requirements.
- Negotiation & Commercial Acumen—Expertise in rate negotiation with artists, managers, agencies & other stakeholders.
- Content management & quality assurance—skilled in production understanding, reviewing artist-generated content, and ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, tone, messaging, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Master's in business administration with 6+ years of work experience in related field.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory
