Job Description Summary

We are looking to hire for Assistant Project Manager. This position will be responsible for assisting & supporting the Project Management team.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily activities at site mainly concentrating on services works.
  • Assist Project Manager in execution of activities.
  • Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification.
  • Coordinate with contractor ensuring quality of execution with safety and timely completion of job as per schedule. Monitor of services contractor work.
  • Prepare MIS report (Daily report)
  • Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
  • Prepare necessary billing documents for various packages and raise to the necessary parties in order to ensure timely payments.
  • Review the quality of works and provide the mitigation measures.
  • Responsible for implementation of QMP plan signed for project.
  • Should able to prepare weekly and monthly progress trackers.
