We are currently seeking an Assistant Revenue Accountant to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Assistant Revenue Accountant at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing revenue recognition processes, analyzing financial data, and contributing to the financial health and growth of our organization.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting in the preparation of revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition.
- Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes related to revenue.
- Participating in the implementation and enhancement of revenue accounting systems and procedures.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue accounting or related financial role.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members across departments.
