Maintains the CRM pipeline, analyzes markets and competitors, schedules client meetings and demos, supports lead-generation campaigns, nurtures prospects, reports on pipeline metrics, and hands qualified leads to technical sales consultants.
Drives top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into qualified leads for the sales team, using market research, networking, and structured outreach strategies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before handing off to the sales/technical team
- Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and target segments
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demos, and presentations
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns in coordination with marketing
- Maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and nurturing
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline status
- Collaborate with the pre-sales technical consultant to hand over qualified, well-briefed leads
Skills Required
