Associate Configuration Engineer- Operational Experience

We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate Configuration Administrator to join our team and assist in the maintenance of our Dynamics 365 environment.  This entry level role will work with the team to administer configuration and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our global network. This includes integration of Dynamics 365 with our internal systems as well as various external systems.  This position will support user configuration, including seeing and understanding different configurations and being able to assign specific configurations and privileges to users at different permission levels.  They will work with their team to gather feedback, escalate issues, and follow a plan to address problems that arise if the field and keeping system up to date. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of work experience as configuration engineer
• Admin or DevOps experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform
• Customer service-oriented attitude and top-notch time management
• Must enjoy working in a collaborative team setting
• Good communication skills are essential
• Interest in continued training opportunities

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with confidential electronic data
• PowerBI
• SQL
• Scripting (powershell, bash, python)
• Azure administration experience
