Responsible for administration and support of integration components for enterprise applications (EAI) using IBM middleware Technologies.
Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, upgrading, development, remote technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration of WebSphere MQ and IIB v10 and above especially in ACE 11, 12

Planning, Installation, and Administration of WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, ACE 11, and 12 on various platforms Linux and Windows

Installing and configuring MQ V8.x, 9.x on various platforms

Installing and setting up MQ/Process monitoring tools

Knowledge on infrastructure maintenance – housekeeping, server patching and other upgrades

Knowledge about databases like DB2, ORACLE, and SQL Server

Good knowledge in CI/CD, IBM PMR process, DevOps concepts, Security vulnerabilities, Audits and DR activities
-
Good knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk, Kibana etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.

AWS and Azure services’ knowledge and about the components on how it works

Providing 24/7 support for WebSphere MQ and IIB Issues
