- Timely closure of books of accounts and the Associate Finance Controller role at GSC is a vital position within the accounting and reporting of financials.
- Maintain Financial Data Integrity of Agency & Principal books for respective Business Area / Entity
- Manages day to day accounting, and leads a Team
- Engages with Area CFO/FIN MGR on performance measurement
- Participates in / supports Audits and Promotes good accounting practice in assigned accounts
- Provides analytical support to higher-level Finance leadership teams
- Active participation and collaboration with interdependent teams for driving improvements in ATR
- Exhibit a mind-set of business value realisation & optimisation
- Proactively highlight any performance/process gaps and room for improvement and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Eye for automated solutions for the ATR transformation roadmap, and ensure
- solutions are well understood by the team, thereby ensuring seamless execution
- Liaise with other teams in GSC, like COEs, HQ, etc., to represent the area.
Who we are looking for : - Excellent communication & collaboration skills, clear, direct and focused communication at multiple organization levels.

- Manage and act proactively in complex situations
- Strong focus on quality
- Open to change and ability to overcome obstacles with out of box thinking
- Degree in Accounting/Audit/Finance or equivalent with an understanding of GAAP and IFRS guidelines. A professional qualification is a must.
- 8 to 12 years of prior experience in accounting & reporting
- Microsoft Office proficiency (advanced Excel is a must), SAP experience
- Experience in delivering results through others (both direct & indirect reports)
- Experience in management reporting, financial controlling and analytical work.
