The Associate Manager, Cybersecurity role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within cybersecurity leadership. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Relevant professional experience aligned with the scope and level of the role.
Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes.
Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and technology tools.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP or equivalent credentials are preferred.
