Key Responsibilities
Generative AI Tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
Power Automate / AI Builder
Exposure to AI-driven automation tools for operational process optimization, reconciliation, exception handling, and reporting.
- Execute smooth operation of settlement and reconciliation protocols for NACH & CTS products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the technology team to address complex operational issues.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and drive improvements in customer service.
- Provide all-around support to banks, covering both online and offline assistance, to resolve operational issues and facilitate seamless onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOP, resolving any issues related to NPCI operations in a timely manner.
- Generate accurate and timely reports, including regular and ad-hoc reports, to inform business decision-making.
- Sound knowledge of other NPCI products (IMPS, AePS etc)
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations.
AI Automation experience:
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Strong understanding of NACH (National Automated Clearing House) and CTS (Cheque Truncation System) processes.
- Familiarity with IMPS, AePS, and other NPCI offerings.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines, NPCI regulations, and internal SOPs.
