Provide Level-2 support for enterprise infrastructure across Linux and Windows servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, networking, and container platforms. Responsibilities include system administration, provisioning, monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, patching, OS hardening, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery support, documentation, reporting, and coordination with L3 teams and vendors.

The role also supports multiple certifications, process improvement, technical documentation, and payment application troubleshooting using APIs and testing tools.

Drive BBPS operational processes including settlement cycles, reconciliation, financial reporting, exception resolution, participant onboarding, customer grievance management, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure regulatory and governance compliance, maintain SOPs, deliver training, prepare MIS and dashboards, and identify process improvements. The role requires collaboration with banks and non-bank entities, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to use AI/ML tools to improve decision-making and data workflows.

Build scalable Java full-stack applications, including Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and responsive React interfaces. Develop secure, tested, high-performance software while collaborating in Agile teams, participating in code reviews, and working with Product Owners and QA. Integrate AI/ML services and features into applications to support automation and decision-making. Preferred experience includes cloud deployment, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern AI platforms or LLM integrations.

Administer PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and ClickHouse databases for high-volume fintech workloads. Design schemas, indexing, partitioning, replication, disaster recovery, and point-in-time recovery strategies. Tune queries and capacity, automate operations with Shell and Python, manage database security and compliance, and resolve production incidents with root-cause documentation. Collaborate with engineering teams, maintain technical documentation, and participate in 24/7 on-call support.

Support and operate OpenStack private-cloud infrastructure, Docker and Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and big-data environments. Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Shell; monitor systems using ELK, Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana; troubleshoot Linux production issues; and maintain reliable 24/7 data platforms. Responsibilities also include deployment support, root-cause analysis, security controls, network and cluster configuration, infrastructure maintenance, and Level 2 technical support under senior engineering guidance.

Leads end-to-end design, delivery, operation, and enhancement of high-volume IMPS, AEPS, NETC, and CTS payment platforms. Builds resilient, secure, low-latency distributed systems and APIs, drives performance and scalability improvements, manages API governance, supports regulatory compliance, and establishes responsible AI-assisted engineering practices. Mentors engineers and promotes automation, DevOps, and engineering best practices.

Execute NACH and CTS settlement and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, regulatory compliance, and adherence to SOPs. Support banks with online and offline operational issues and onboarding, collaborate with technology teams, resolve NPCI-related problems, generate business reports, and identify automation opportunities using generative AI, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
