Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant telecom industry exposure.
- Strong telecom domain experience is mandatory (OSS/BSS, network systems, or telecom platforms).
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with Microsoft Azure as the primary cloud.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and technical leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services
- Experience with microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
- Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-cloud telecom environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead solution planning, high-level design (HLD), and low-level design (LLD) for telecom platforms and services.
- Translate business and operational requirements into robust cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
- Design scalable, resilient, and high-availability architectures on Microsoft Azure.
- Define reference architectures, design standards, and best practices.

- Core Network / VAS / Digital Channels
- Work closely with network, IT, and operations teams to align cloud solutions with telecom network constraints and SLAs.
- Support legacy-to-cloud migration and modernization initiatives in telecom environments.
- Architect and govern Azure services including compute, networking, storage, security, and integration.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, performance, and cost-optimization principles.
- Provide technical guidance to development, DevOps, and operations teams.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design validations, and technical decision-making forums.
- Act as a technical advisor to business stakeholders, pre-sales teams, and delivery managers.
- Support RFPs, solution estimations, and technical proposals.
- Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise telecom environments.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
