KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Chennai - KBS team as Associate Recruitment Specialist – Gulf. The Recruitment Sourcer will support the TA recruitment activities for the Gulf region by identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for various positions. The role will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build qualified talent pipelines and ensure timely support for recruitment requirements across Gulf countries.

What will you be doing?

  • Understand recruitment requirements and job descriptions for positions across the Gulf region.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals,  referrals, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening of profiles against the required skills, experience, qualifications, and location criteria.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Share shortlisted profiles with the respective Recruiters/Talent Acquisition team for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate with Recruiters to understand feedback and continuously improve the quality of sourced profiles.
  • Conduct market mapping and identify potential talent pools for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and update recruitment trackers/systems on a timely basis.
  • Ensure timely turnaround of sourcing requests and meet agreed recruitment SLAs.
  • Support bulk/volume hiring requirements whenever required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and follow recruitment policies and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Gulf recruitment team and other stakeholders across different locations and time zones.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in sourcing candidates for Middle East/Gulf countries would be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals such as Naukri, Gulf Talent, Bayt, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong candidate screening and profile assessment skills.
  • Good understanding of different job functions and ability to identify relevant talent pools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working with international stakeholders and different time zones.
