To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Associate Software Engineer in Chennai, India.

We are looking for passionate engineering graduates who are curious about technology, eager to learn, and excited to apply their knowledge in practical business environments.

This role is ideal for candidates who demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, adaptability, and a genuine interest in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, and Digital Platforms.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support development, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in projects involving:
  • Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
  • Data Analytics and Visualization
  • Business Automation
  • Cloud Technologies
  • Application Development
  • Digital Workplace Technologies
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through innovation and technology.

• Analyze business problems and propose technology-enabled solutions.
• Participate in workshops, hackathons, innovation challenges, and project-based learning.
• Apply logical thinking and analytical skills to solve operational and technical challenges.

• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS)
• Strong understanding of Programming Fundamentals & OOP Concepts, Data Structures & Algorithms, Database Management Systems, Computer Networks & Operating Systems, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Basic Cloud Concepts
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages is preferred: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript. SQL
• Should demonstrate interest in Generative AI technologies.
• Have exposure to tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Understand how AI can improve productivity, learning, coding, research, and problem-solving.
• Be able to showcase projects, use cases, or practical applications where AI tools were leveraged.
• Active use of AI for learning, innovation, and problem-solving will have an added advantage.
