Responsibilities
- Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates
- Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc.
- Ensure 100% salary credits in all accounts sourced within M+1 month
- Corporate employee engagement activities
- Participate in corporate induction and migration events
- Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor
Requirements
- Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ready to travel and goal oriented
- Must be a good listener and presenter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep Banking knowledge
- Good network in the market
- Computer and digital savvy
