The Senior Test Engineer will execute manual and API testing, design test cases, collaborate with teams, and support CI/CD processes.
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in API testing using Postman, manual testing, and basic automation. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with global teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and user experience
- Design and execute test cases for APIs and applications
- Conduct API testing using Postman and SoapUI
- Write and maintain test scripts and documentation
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
- Use JIRA for defect tracking and Oracle PL/SQL for backend validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support CI/CD processes
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with Postman, SoapUI, and basic automation tools
- Familiarity with JIRA, Oracle PL/SQL, and test case design
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours (24*7) Shift as required which can include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Functionize or other AI-powered test automation platforms
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber
