Job Description – QA Automation Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in automation framework development and test strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Web, API, and Integration testing, along with CI/CD and modern AI-driven testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA automation strategy across Web, API, and Integration testing.

  • Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks from scratch.

  • Define test plans, test strategies, and ensure end-to-end test coverage.

  • Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and E2E tests.

  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Analyze test results, manage defects, and coordinate with development teams.

  • Track QA metrics and provide release readiness reports.

  • Mentor QA engineers and conduct automation code reviews.

  • Drive automation best practices and continuous process improvements.

  • Adopt modern automation and AI-driven testing practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in QA automation and framework development.

  • Hands-on experience in Web, API, and Integration testing.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation integration.

  • Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, and QA methodologies.

  • Experience with defect management and QA reporting.

  • Good programming/scripting skills and Git experience.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

  • Experience mentoring QA engineers.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled testing tools is preferred.
