Design, implement, and manage Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and IaC. Automate builds, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning. Manage Azure infrastructure (App Services, AKS, VMs, Storage), integrate testing and security scans, enforce Git branching strategies, troubleshoot releases/environments, and monitor system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes.
- Manage and monitor Azure infrastructure components such as App Services, AKS, VMs, and Storage Accounts.
- Integrate automated testing and security scans within CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage version control using Git / Azure Repos, and enforce branching and merging strategies.
- Troubleshoot build, release, and environment issues.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Work with development teams to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
- Maintain environment configuration consistency across Development, QA, and Production.
- Monitor and improve system reliability, availability, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices and Azure cloud environment.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) — Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards.
- Expertise in CI/CD automation, including YAML-based pipelines.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (AKS or Kubernetes preferred).
- Familiarity with Terraform / ARM templates / Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights.
- Good working experience with Ansible.
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
