Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement workshops with business and finance stakeholders.
- Document business and financial requirements, KPIs, and analytical use cases.
- Define financial data requirements, metrics, ratios, and reporting logic.
- Prepare functional specifications for financial reports and dashboards.
- Define data mappings, business rules, and financial transformations for ETL.
- Enable self-service and ad-hoc analysis capabilities with governed access.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for development clarifications and financial logic validation.
- Support UAT coordination and validation with finance users.
Required Skills
- Strong Business Analysis with Finance domain expertise (FP&A, Accounting, Reporting).
- Deep understanding of financial KPIs, ratios, and performance metrics.
- Experience in Actual vs Budget vs Forecast, variance, and trend analysis.
- Knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and GL structures.
- Understanding of data modelling, ETL logic, and financial data transformations.
- Must have Oracle Analytics Cloud Experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication, especially with finance leadership (CFO, FP&A teams).
- Ability to drive workshops and translate financial concepts into BI solutions.
