    Who You Are:
You're excited about helping people and want to learn how a sales team works in a fun, fast-paced environment. To do well in this role, you'll want to be confident, friendly, and positive, even when things get busy. You'll often be the first person a customer talks to after a BDR reaches out, so making a good impression matters. This apprenticeship is also a great way to learn how sales works and build toward a future BDR role at HighLevel. At HighLevel, everyone stays on camera during calls with customers, teammates, and managers.

  • Following up with customers who missed a meeting and helping them reschedule

  • Asking a few simple questions to understand what a customer needs before passing them to a BDR

  • Passing warm and interested leads to the right BDR quickly so no opportunity is missed

  • Welcoming customers into video meetings and making sure they're connected with their BDR

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent qualification.

  • Good communication skills in English; comfortable speaking with US-based business owners

  • No prior experience required, we'll train you! Any past experience answering calls, scheduling, customer service, or sales is a nice bonus, not a requirement

  • Friendly phone, text, email, and chat communication style

  • Ability to stay organized and keep track of lots of follow-ups

  • Comfortable juggling a few tasks at once in a fast-paced day

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
