BI Analyst
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across functions.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process or performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboard standards.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot Tableau dashboards, data refresh issues, and backend data model problems.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, visual, and actionable manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or business analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau (Desktop & Server) and hands-on experience building complex dashboards.
- Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced SQL expertise is very important.
- Highly skilled in Tableau
