  1. Manage business and distribution for SME business within Business Lending Group for  complex geograhpical locations  (bigger geographical areas with multiple districts and business pockets) with different business dynamics. 
  2. The business will cater to clients with turnover over 100 Crs, these will be majorly High Value Clients who provide significant revenue and growth opportunities
  3. Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.
  4. Building profitable franchise for SME. 
  5. Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality
  6. Collaborating with lenders to customise lending solutions
  7. Managing front line sales for driving business 
  8. Managing key/strategic relation like channels like Branch & other channels for creating lead funnel. 
  9. Client Relationship Management in terms of risk & compliance
  10. Building sourcing channel with sharp focus on sourcing through branch
Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the financial health and strategic growth of SMEs with ₹100+ Cr turnover and ₹15–50+ Cr credit exposure
  2. Enhancing profitability through revenue growth & cost control
  3. Promoting fee-based products like CMS, TFx, & EXIM
  4. Developing growth strategies for BBG & EEG segments across geographies
  5. Ensuring compliance with covenant monitoring & audit adherence
  6. Maintaining portfolio health by managing SMA & NPA
  7. Collaborating with credit, operations, risk, IT, & compliance teams to streamline processes
  8. Increasing CASA & TD penetration
  9. Expanding business into new regions
  10. Structuring complex credit facilities tailored to borrower needs
  11. Reviewing TAT & FTNR controls
  12. Navigating complex business cases with legal & technical expertise
  13. Presenting credit proposals to sanctioning authorities
  14. Overseeing the credit delivery ecosystem for optimal performance
Qualifications

Qualification required: Graduate/ Post Graduate


Min Exp: 12 - 15 Years

Max Exp: 18 - 20 Years
