Manage SME business for a diverse geographical region, ensuring revenue growth, portfolio quality, relationship management, and compliance. Collaborate across teams to streamline credit processes and enhance profitability.
- Manage business and distribution for SME business within Business Lending Group for complex geograhpical locations (bigger geographical areas with multiple districts and business pockets) with different business dynamics.
- The business will cater to clients with turnover over 100 Crs, these will be majorly High Value Clients who provide significant revenue and growth opportunities
- Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.
- Building profitable franchise for SME.
- Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality
- Collaborating with lenders to customise lending solutions
- Managing front line sales for driving business
- Managing key/strategic relation like channels like Branch & other channels for creating lead funnel.
- Client Relationship Management in terms of risk & compliance
- Building sourcing channel with sharp focus on sourcing through branch
- Lead and manage the financial health and strategic growth of SMEs with ₹100+ Cr turnover and ₹15–50+ Cr credit exposure
- Enhancing profitability through revenue growth & cost control
- Promoting fee-based products like CMS, TFx, & EXIM
- Developing growth strategies for BBG & EEG segments across geographies
- Ensuring compliance with covenant monitoring & audit adherence
- Maintaining portfolio health by managing SMA & NPA
- Collaborating with credit, operations, risk, IT, & compliance teams to streamline processes
- Increasing CASA & TD penetration
- Expanding business into new regions
- Structuring complex credit facilities tailored to borrower needs
- Reviewing TAT & FTNR controls
- Navigating complex business cases with legal & technical expertise
- Presenting credit proposals to sanctioning authorities
- Overseeing the credit delivery ecosystem for optimal performance
Qualification required: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Min Exp: 12 - 15 Years
Max Exp: 18 - 20 Years
