Responsibilities:
As a Content Writer, you will be tasked with writing creative content that reflect
Hexnode’s brand values and messaging.
Develop high-quality content that showcases the features and applications of our company's products.
Write content that can be published across multiple channels (ad copies, website content, chatbot pop-ups, emails and other requirements).
Create copies that align with our brand voice and personality.
Proofread and edit content to ensure error-free and consistent quality.
Proactively conduct research on market trends, competitors and industry standards to inform copywriting decisions.
Identify gaps in existing content and develop strategies to bridge them.
Collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams to ideate new copies and keep up with company and product updates.
Should be passionate about their work and should take ownership of the material they provide.
Requirements
2-4 years experience in a B2B SaaS company, (preferred)
Ability to balance levity without compromising Hexnode’s core message
Honour deadlines and accommodate sudden requirements from multiple teams
Be self-sufficient and provide copies that don’t require a lot of iterations
Ability to do research if the task requires it.
