What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Execute Opportunity-to-Revenue Verification: Oversee the meticulous verification of deal documents, ensuring that pricing approvals, schedules, and Statements of Work (SOW) are accurately attached and aligned with company policy.
Ensure Data Integrity & Validation: Validate critical deal metrics, including the calculation of Total Contract Value (TCV), Total Annual Amount (TAA), and contract terms, ensuring that all primary products and quantities match the signed agreements.
Drive Process Excellence: Collaborate with the Deal Operations Center (DOC) to map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives that minimize manual checks and increase efficiency across the global sales organization.

The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in a senior sales support or commercial administration function, preferably within a global or multi-country environment.
Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills: A proven ability to recognize process breakdowns, validate complex financial data, and resolve inconsistencies using advanced problem-solving skills.
Exceptional Attention to Detail: A rigorous approach to organizational tasks, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high-priority deadlines with a sense of urgency.
Educational Foundation: A University Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with mandatory fluency in English (additional international languages are a plus).
