About this position
We are currently seeking a BPM Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for creating web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM Business Process Manager.
Responsibilities
Develop IBM BPM applications based on specifications in a best in class manner
Interact with different roles during the solution development cycle (requirement analysis, architecture and design, frontend/backend development, system integration, support)
Assure that tools/applications meet Customer requirements
Support & Maintenance of internally developed tools/applications
Solve problems (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation update, deployment)
Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
Ability to work in an independent, systematic and structured manner in an agile environment and international team.
Ability to propose new ideas for better solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Open minded and committed to achieve targets on time, quality and cost, as well as excellent organizational skills
Good communication and collaboration skills to work in a multicultural team
