Role : Brand Manager
Location : Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities
Analysis: Consumer & Business
Consumer Insights: Understand the Insights and feed into the brand growth plans
Retail Audit – Monitor market share and distribution by market/brand /channel
Business Intelligence – Monitor market/brands and understand competitive strategies
Analyze sales data regularly at channel/geography level to gather consumer/shopper insights in partnership with Customer Marketing
Able to evaluate & get learnings from communication and media performance
Deliver Brand performance with execution excellence
Owns the portfolio growth by delivering on innovation, business performance, communication, activation and new PPA launches.
Work with local & regional R&D and Activity management to ensure sufficiency of long-term innovation funnel
Identify key issues and opportunities using consumer insights and data analytics
Demonstrates strong technical marketing skills and knowledge of Portfolios and Brands
Leads communication strategies to build long-term brand equity and growth
Crafting communication
Lead end to end digital campaigns and pivot the localization agenda by extended relevant global initiatives to build mental availability
Drive the Brand Building strategy around pet parent data & consumer insights
Develop efficient models across media to maximize ROI of media activities on digital
Digital commerce
Partner with Dcom internal team and external customers to drive brand agenda
Ensure marketing activities are implemented seamlessly across channels, keeping the shopper at the centre
Stakeholder Management
Aligns key internal (local and global) and external stakeholders to portfolio growth plan
Drives alignment among key internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Commercial, S&F, Supply, & sales organization)
Manages external agencies to drive Business and Brand deliverables (promotion, packaging, design, communication)
Job Specifications/Qualifications
MBA (Marketing) with a cumulative experience of 5 years with a digital experience.
The incumbent is also desired have 2 years of sales experience, but not mandatory.
He/she should also be a strong team player.
