uMajor Responsibilities/Activities:

Marketing Planning

  • Conduct joint field calls with sales team to provide assistance, analyze customer needs, market trends and competitive information
  • Create and develop marketing words, programs, and tools that are targeted to the achievement of plan sales and margin goals
  • Complete preliminary and final marketing portfolio planning and budget, consult and coordinate to ensure the effective execution regionally
  • Work with Medical team and other cross functions to create and develop the marketing materials including evidence-based messages, clinical tools, product slides, handbook, etc
  • Prepare realistic & achievable objectives, strategies, tactics plan and sales forecast for the responsible product

Product Management

  • Understand and Implement the brand strategies of the assigned products based on market size, opportunities and competition shares in the industry, build the brand image
  • Direct the product promotion and growth initiatives to attain increasing of market share
  • Work with other function management team to ensure the cross functional alignment of product strategies
  • Design training programs target to consistently upgrade sales team’s professionalism in personal and group selling of focused products

Professional Relationship

  • Identify the opinion leaders in related area.
  • Lead to build and maintain professional relationship with KOLs
  • Establish and develop the national expert network to ensure the strong expertise for assigned products
  • Develop the loyalty speakers from KOLs

Cost Control & Monitoring

  • Determine the financial planning process related to product marketing campaign, customer satisfaction, scientific leadership and new business
  • Monitor and control marketing expenses in line with budget on monthly basis
  • Modify and manage expenses allocation to regions

1.REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industry experiences: Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Position experiences:
    • Minimum 1 -2 years working experience on local marketing
    • Minimum 2 years working experience on sales
  • Language Skills: Fulent in English both oral and written
  • Computer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mobility: Willing to travel frequently
  • Other Special requirement:
  • Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry(pharmaceutical) is a plus
  • Good understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing sense
  • Strong communication and presentation skill with excellent interpersonal sense
  • Experienced project management background in pharmaceutical company
  • Strong analytical skills including business and financial management
  • Autonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential
  • Should be self-motivated, creative and well organized
