➤ Manage and grow assigned restaurant and takeaway partner accounts.
➤ Build and maintain strong client relationships through Calls, Outbound Engagement,and WhatsApp communication.
➤ Execute social media marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, and GoogleMy Business (GMB).
➤ Support clients with promotional content including posters, reels, and short-formvideos.
➤ Review account and menu performance to identify growth opportunities and business improvements.
➤ Drive order growth through engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns.
➤ Ensure timely follow-ups, KPI achievement, and SLA adherence.
