     Manage and grow assigned restaurant and takeaway partner accounts.

     Build and maintain strong client relationships through Calls, Outbound Engagement,and WhatsApp communication.

     Execute social media marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, and GoogleMy Business (GMB).

     Support clients with promotional content including posters, reels, and short-formvideos.

     Review account and menu performance to identify growth opportunities and business improvements.

     Drive order growth through engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns.

     Ensure timely follow-ups, KPI achievement, and SLA adherence.

    ➤ Support partners with account-related queries, issue handling, and growth strategies


Requirements

     Strong communication and client management skills.

     Good understanding of social media marketing and digital promotions.

     Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

     Creative mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.

     Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain consistent engagement.Eligibility Criteria

     Minimum 2+ years of experience in Account Management OR Client Success, andDigital Marketing.

     Experience in social media marketing or promotional campaigns preferred.

     Experience in Canva, GMB, and digital content creation is preferred
