Support “train-the-trainer” initiatives and assist in developing training documentation as needed.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to client testers, especially for payment validation scenarios.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, client reviews, and user acceptance training or demonstrations.
Participate in new business opportunity meetings, client presentations, and production support activities as required.
Provide second-tier support for triaging customer inquiries and manage the documentation of user stories or defects identified post-implementation.
Apply high attention to detail in all aspects of requirements gathering, documentation, and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Utilize advanced SQL skills to review and analyze data, supporting requirements validation and solution design.
Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decisions.
Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting data or process issues.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment with a proven track record of delivering complex client solutions
Demonstrated high proficiency with SQL writing to review and analyze data
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Agile development methodology
Proven experience in customer-facing, consultative roles within a professional technology consulting environment
Strategic thinker, adaptive, and self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a technology-related field
Automotive industry experience preferred
Experience with payment validation and payment processing is highly desirable
Experience with Oracle and Postgres in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments is strongly preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting data or process issues
