The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consultative selling, exceptional presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a robust network within the Learning and Development industry. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their learning needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record in consultative sales, preferably in the Learning Solutions or Training industry.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and CRM software.
• Strong network and connections within the Learning and Development community.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
