  • - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in line with company targets. 

  • - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics. 

  • - Manage and grow relationships with key clients, agents, and partners. 

  • - Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to prepare customized quotations and proposals. 

  • - Negotiate service contracts and commercial terms with clients and vendors. 

  • - Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and pricing competitiveness. 

  • - Lead and motivate a team of BDMs to meet departmental goals. 

  • - Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers using Salesforce tools. 

  • - Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review. 

  • - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence

  • - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing strategic accounts. 

  • - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 

  • - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. 

  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
