Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in business development or sales roles, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing sector.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
