- Identify contributing factors to address operational challenges across the business
- Develop and verify comprehensive and actionable dashboards and reports
- Drive AI and automation initiatives
- Support executive decision-making with clear insights

- Analytical Problem Solving: Organizes data, identifies patterns, investigates causes, and recommends clear next steps.
- Business Partnership: Builds trust with stakeholders by asking thoughtful questions, understanding business needs, and communicating insights simply.
- AI and Data Fluency: Uses data, dashboards, and AI tools responsibly to improve analysis, reporting, and decision support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Foundational experience analyzing data through coursework, internships, projects, or early-career work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic data cleaning.
- Basic understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Delivers accurate, timely, and useful insights that support better business decisions.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
