What You'll Do

• Lead teams in building large scale AI applications leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI and Classical AI models

• Deeply understand client's business and technical challenges and provide thought leadership in Scaling and operationalizing AI

• Build and m anage client stakeholder relationships

• Work with global team in new client BD activities

• Contribute to Thought leader ship by creating POV on industry trends in AI and technology

• Lead hiring initiatives in growing Scaled AI team and mentor technical talent within the team

• Drive ZS Scaling AI initiatives in tandem with global partners

• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to AI tools and platforms

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or another computer related discipline

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant consulting-industry or industry experience

• Good fundamentals of GenAI , Agentic AI and DS

• Agentic and ML platform knowledge incl Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock , Dataiku, Databricks

• Good knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP

• Proven track record of business development

• Agile project planning and project management experience

• Team management and skill development experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• High motivation, good work ethic and maturity

• Life science domain knowledge preferred

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
