What success looks like in this role:
- This role will focus primarily on data, reporting and analytics, campaign operations (such as SF campaign creation and campaign-related automation) and driving process improvements.
- Assess existing marketing CRM processes and data to find opportunities for improvement, provide solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to execute solutions.
- Utilizes analytics to assess metrics, gain insight and evaluate performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Reports on performance by channel, strategic imperatives and campaigns, including targeting strategy, and proactively provides improvement recommendations and insights on performance.
- Prepares ad hoc marketing reporting as needed.
- Maintains awareness of digital, social media and related trends, developments, and best practices.
- Recommends and drives methods and tactics to engage customers with digital channels.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years' experience with Salesforce
• At least 2 years' experience in an analytical role
