Must have worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager (and not that of a Technical Architect). The candidate should have good understanding of technology in his/her early years of work experience – maybe the 1st 5 years of his/her career.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams, at client organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and translating them into actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and solution architects, to design and deliver innovative data solutions that address client requirements and drive business value.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and timely resolution of issues or concerns.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expanding the scope of our engagements.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering, visualization, AI/ML, and data science, and share insights and best practices with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.

The candidate is not expected to

• architect the solution,
• build engineering pipelines, infrastructure, or data models, nor would s/he be expected to
• create Business Requirement, Functional, Infrastructure Design or Technical Design or Test Case Documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, visualization, AI/ML, and data science projects, with a focus on client-facing roles such as Program management, technical account management, solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth targets.
• Deep understanding of Cloud preferably GCP, data engineering technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling), visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data science methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex technical challenges and develop creative solutions to address them.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business impact.
