To achieve this, we’re seeking an experienced and strategic Change Management Lead who thrives in dynamic digital environments and is passionate about building a culture of adoption, collaboration, and impact.

Role Summary

The Change Management Lead will define and execute the frameworks and strategies that will enable effective adoption of the digital technologies and platforms envisioned by Logitech’s Digital Growth Solutions team. Beyond creating actionable frameworks, this role will take ownership of large-scale change initiatives—from strategic planning to embedding change through execution—ensuring employees are supported, informed, and empowered.

This critical role will also require strong internal marketing and communication expertise, helping craft powerful narratives and engagement strategies to build awareness, alignment, and trust. As a key partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a transformative role in deploying solutions while aligning the organization around a common vision to maximize the impact of delivered capabilities.

Success in this role will mean not only enabling the adoption of new technologies but also building organizational capacity for future change, promoting a culture of agility, and ensuring business value is clearly recognized at every stage of the journey.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership in Change Management

  • Design and implement comprehensive change management frameworks, customized to align with our product-led operating model and the rollout of new digital technologies and capabilities.

  • Serve as an advisor to leadership, providing actionable, expert guidance on planning and navigating complex, organization-wide change efforts.

  • Anticipate and proactively manage potential adoption challenges, building organizational resilience for sustained transformation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project leads, senior executives, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and foster support for change initiatives.

  • Build strong partnerships across functions, promoting proactive collaboration, engagement, and trust with employees at all levels.

  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments to identify change champions and areas requiring targeted support.

Effective Communication & Marketing

  • Develop and execute tailored communication strategies to clearly articulate technology and process changes, emphasizing their impact and value.

  • Employ a creative, internal marketing approach to reinforce messages, drive awareness, and inspire enthusiasm for new tools and capabilities.

Enablement & Capability Building

  • Lead efforts to equip employees with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed for successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

  • Partner with HR, training, and functional teams to design and deliver relevant learning materials and programs that encourage hands-on integration.

  • Ensure change programs and communications are inclusive, addressing the diverse needs, perspectives, and working styles of all employees.

Monitoring Impact & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and manage metrics to track the adoption, effectiveness, and compliance of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Implement regular feedback mechanisms to monitor engagement and adjust strategies in real time.

  • Create reporting systems to measure the organization’s progress, highlight emerging risks, and demonstrate business value achieved through change efforts.

Key Qualifications

Required Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of change management principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model).

  • Proven track record of leading and implementing large-scale organizational change initiatives in global, matrixed organizations.

  • Expertise in internal marketing and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling messages that build trust and inspire action.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and align diverse teams and leadership stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach for execution.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in addressing challenges and identifying opportunities.

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, or Organizational Development roles.

  • Professional certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or equivalent are highly preferred.

  • Prior experience with technology adoption initiatives or digital transformation projects is a strong advantage.
