As a Chapter Leader you will be part of Analytics Insight and Reporting Chapter(India) in WI.
The Purpose of This Role
As a chapter leader under Analytics Insight and Reporting Chapter(India), you will be responsible for Developing , maintaining and enhancing PSW reporting . You will be technically leading a team of motivated individuals proactively working on enhancing the reporting platform to make it more resilient and transform it to next gen Reporting & Insight Platform
As a technical leader, you blend deep Software Engineering knowledge with a passion for coaching, mentoring and help them grow and develop in their knowledge area and ensure alignment on the “how” of the work they perform

What You'll Do
- Lead a team of engineers who are responsible for building, maintaining, and deploying web applications.
- Set technical direction for the engineering team and define architectural standards in partnership with other leaders.
- Provide direct management, coaching, and mentoring for a growing engineering team, with a specific focus on career development
- Partner effectively with other leaders in the group to develop a cohesive and comprehensive technical strategy and roadmap, supporting our range of products.
- Help cultivate and advocate for a culture code that emphasizes a customer focus, sharing knowledge, empowering everyone, and supporting leadership at all levels.
- Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and help drive technical decisions in support of these goals.
The Skills and Expertise that are key to this Role
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in designing and developing large-scale data platforms using AWS and other cloud technologies.
- Over 10 years of experience in building and managing enterprise-grade data platforms with a strong focus on Data Engineering and hands-on Cloud/Data Engineering capabilities.
- Deep understanding of DevOps concepts and their application in data platform development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake in data warehousing environments.
- Proficient in Python and SQL/PLSQL for data processing and automation.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Exposure to Data Lake architectures and Business Intelligence solutions is beneficial.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry, with a preference for familiarity with Wealth & Investment (WI) products and related data.
- Skilled in navigating complex organizational structures to drive cross-functional collaboration and project success.
