As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the leadership team, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve organizational processes, support business planning, and help accelerate growth by driving execution across strategy, operations, and GTM programs. This position offers significant exposure to executive decision-making and provides the opportunity to influence the company's long-term direction and scalability.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic business initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional programs across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Develop and monitor business plans, operational KPIs, and performance dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, execution, and optimization initiatives for new products, services, and market expansion.
- Coordinate strategic projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Prepare executive presentations, board reports, business reviews, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable operational frameworks to improve productivity and business performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high-priority business initiatives.
- Support leadership with special projects, strategic partnerships, organizational planning, and transformation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across business functions.
- 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional program management.
- Proven experience driving Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and business growth in dynamic environments.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to analyze complex problems and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business planning, financial modeling, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in high-growth startups, technology companies, or rapidly scaling organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive organizational alignment.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and execution-focused with a passion for solving business challenges and delivering measurable impact.
