We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and execution while driving innovation across Engineering, Product, and Data. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building scalable, AI-powered platforms that support business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with executive leadership to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions, build high-performing teams, and establish a culture of engineering excellence.

- Balance technical priorities with business outcomes, timelines, and resource planning.
- Provide executive leadership on technology investments, risk management, and innovation.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
- Prior experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, Head of Platform, or similar executive technology leadership role.
- Proven experience building and scaling large transactional platforms.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Distributed Systems.
- Demonstrated success leading large engineering organizations and building high-performing technical teams.
- Experience translating business strategy into scalable technology solutions.
- Strong architectural expertise in cloud-native platforms, microservices, APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B, Marketplace, FinTech, Commerce, or Supply Chain technology environments.
- Strong startup experience with proven success scaling technology teams and products through rapid growth.
- Experience leading Product, Engineering, and Data organizations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AI-first product development and modern cloud ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, reliability, and engineering operational excellence.
