RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and process assigned client work orders in a timely and organized manner.
- Support client and supplier onboarding activities, including preparing and sending starter kits and quotations.
- Receive, coordinate, and follow up on audit requests from clients.
- Maintain accurate client and project information within internal systems, including the SMETA portal.
- Communicate with clients across Latin America and North America, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and send payment reminders when required.
- Prepare client status updates and support the development of weekly and recurring reports.
- Use Excel to maintain, organize, and report operational information.
- Collaborate with Operations, Client Relations, Business Support, regional teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, report specifications, and other client documentation as needed.
- Identify issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and support practical solutions.
- Follow UL Solutions' Code of Conduct and applicable physical and digital security practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related discipline.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and other standard business applications.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and follow-ups in a structured manner.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different locations and cultures.
Nice to have:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in operations, client services, auditing, inspections, compliance, or a related environment.
- Previous knowledge of or exposure to audits and inspections.
- Experience preparing client or operational reports.
- Portuguese language skills.
